Wine Tasting and Canapes at Old Government House with Judge Norman Delaney

The St Thomas More Society invites you to an evening of Wine Tasting and Canapes at Old Government House with Judge Norman Delaney.
Canapes will be served throughout the evening along with wine tasting (with wines courtesy of Simon Diab).
Judge Norman Delaney
Judge Norman Delaney was first admitted as a barrister in 1968. In 1996, he was the first barrister practising outside Sydney to be elected to the
Bar Council. He was appointed a District Court Judge in 1998. Judge Norman Delaney retired as a District Court Judge in 2014 and has been an Acting
Judge since. Both as a barrister and as a Judge he has been principally based in Parramatta.
Old Government House
Old Government House was the country residence for the first ten governors of NSW. Today it houses the nation’s premier colonial furniture collection.
It is one of the oldest surviving public buildings in Australia. It was the ‘country’ residence of Gov. Lachlan and Mrs. Macquarie.
